MeterRead™ will display the total kilowatt hours (kW•h) used since the last read and predictively calculate your total usage for the next 30 days!

Instructions:

1) Set the dials to match the dials on your meter. Dials will be presented right to left. Always set the first dial as accurately as possible and then MeterRead™ will intuitively assist the next dial placement based on the previous dial setting.

2) Record to save the time and the meter reading. The data is saved for later reference so that you can track your energy saving progress.

3) Read the meter again at your next convenience. Reading at the same time of day will improve the accuracy of future use predictions. For dials that already match the meter simply tap the "OK" button in the center of the dial

4) MeterRead™ will calculate your total kilowatts per hour since the last read, the average watt load, and will predict your total kW•h usage for the next 30 days.

4) View past readings to see your progress in energy use reduction. Simple edit functions allow you to thin the list while preserving your historical record. For example, if you read your meter every day for a week you would have 7 daily readings; to see the total use for the week simply tap and temporarily delete the readings in the middle of the week. The daily information will re-appear with a tap, but it will be permanently deleted if you exit the app before un-deleting.
